This pre-workout supplement helps increase energy, endurance, and focus before exercise. It's ideal for weight training and HIIT workouts that require more intense training and weight lifting.

How to Take:
Recommended Amount: 1 scoop (approximately 10–12 grams)
Time: Drink 20–30 minutes before exercise. Mix with 200–300 ml of cold water. Stir until dissolved before drinking.
For beginners, we recommend taking half a scoop to test your caffeine sensitivity.
Caution:
